EMPOWERMENT
Whether through counselling or signposting to other services, Vacsctyme Trust offers support for persons affected by depression and domestic violence. Committed to helping those who are suffering, we will provide services determined suitable by the individual, our trustees and other Professionals to tailor support to everyone in need.
Promoting Social Inclusion
We also strive to promote social inclusion for the public benefit by preventing people from becoming socially excluded. We tackle denial and offer advocacy if needed. Used here, “socially excluded” refers to persons who are excluded from society as a result of one or more of the following factors:
- Financial Hardship
- Youth or Old Age
- Discrimination on the Grounds of:
- Sex
- Race
- Disability
- Ethnic Origin
- Religion
- Poor Educational or Skills Attainment
- Relationship or Family Breakdown
- Poor Housing (Which Does Not Meet Basic Habitable Standards

Nothing in this constitution shall authorise an application of the property of the CIO for the purposes which are not charitable in accordance with Section 7 of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 and Section 2 of the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.
